Who makes these student workshops?
We’re InnerDrive, a London-based company with 14 years of experience designing and delivering workshops for teachers and students, training for business and sport psychology coaching for athletes. Our team includes psychologists who ensure we base our courses only on relevant research. You can meet our coaches here, and see a list of all our past clients here.
Should my students complete these courses as a group or individually?
Both are possible, but we would recommend they do so individually. The courses include a lot of experiments, quizzes and self-reflection opportunities, which are best done alone and at their own pace.
What is the difference between these online courses and the in-person CPD courses InnerDrive also provides?
There are many differences between our online and in-person workshops. Mainly, having these courses accessible anytime, anywhere, means that you can enjoy that InnerDrive goodness if you’re socially distancing, if you live outside of the UK, or if you usually lack time for training.
However, there are also many similarities: both are rooted in research, full of practical strategies, highly interactive and, most importantly, fun to participate in. We also don’t offer the same subjects for training online or in person, so make sure to check out our main website.
